Sendfess

Terms

Last updated 14 September 2026

These are the rules between you and us when you use Sendfess. Plain words on purpose: if you need a lawyer to know what you agreed to, we wrote it badly.

Who you are dealing with

Sendfess is run by Emiel Vanderghinste, a sole trader registered in Belgium under company number 1042.140.977, Korbeekstraat 36, 3061 Bertem, Belgium. Reach a human at emiel@sendfess.com.

What the service is

You get a submission link for your bio, and an inbox where every submission is already laid out as the post it would become. You accept or decline. If you connect your Instagram, accepting publishes it for you, about thirty seconds later, so a wrong tap can still be undone. If you have not connected it, accepting saves the image and you post it yourself.

You need an Instagram Business or Creator account to connect. That is Instagram's rule, not ours.

Your page, your call

Whatever you accept, you publish. It goes out on your account, under your name, to your followers, and you are the one answering for it. We do not read submissions before they reach you and we do not moderate them. That is the whole point of the inbox: you see the finished post before anything happens.

So do not use Sendfess to publish anything illegal, anything that harasses or identifies a private person against their will, anything sexual involving minors, or anything that breaks Instagram's own rules. If a page is doing that, we will suspend it, and if it is serious we will not wait to ask first.

Paying

Your first month is free and does not ask for a card. After that, keeping the inbox working is a monthly subscription, at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel whenever you like; the subscription then runs to the end of the month you already paid for, and does not renew. We do not refund part of a month.

If a payment stops, your submission link keeps working and submissions keep arriving, but accepting, posting and downloading stop until the subscription is active again. We do not delete anything because of an unpaid month.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We will keep this running and answer you when something breaks. What we cannot promise is Instagram. The publishing runs on Meta's API, and Meta changes its rules, its permissions and its limits when it suits them. If they break something, we fix what can be fixed and tell you plainly what cannot.

There is no guaranteed uptime here, and no promise that a post will always leave on time. What we do promise is that the app never claims something was posted when it was not.

If something goes wrong

Our liability towards you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost followers, lost reach or lost income. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law that cannot be signed away.

Stopping

You can stop at any moment, and take your data with you: every post you accepted is an image you can download. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it, along with your pages and the submissions on them. See our privacy page for the how and the how long.

We can end an account that breaks these rules, or that costs us more than it is reasonable to carry. If we ever shut the service down, you get notice by email and time to get your things out.

Changes, and the small print

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, you get an email before it takes effect. Belgian law applies, and if a disagreement cannot be sorted between us, the courts of Leuven have jurisdiction.

The service lives at sendfess.com. These terms cover it and everything under it.
